iTRAK Fleet Executive™
is different from other GPS vehicle tracking systems:
 iTRAK
Corporation has been in the GPS tracking business since 1995, and holds
patent protection on key inventions that it has employed in the
construction of iTRAK hardware and iTRAK Fleet Manager server software.
- Since the Company designs
and builds its own GPS tracking hardware, iTRAK Corporation has been
able to add features and functionality to optimize the entire tracking
process; whereas companies buying tracking hardware from outside
manufacturers are constrained by the limitations of that third-party
hardware.
- Multiple input/output
ports (5 inputs, 3 trigger outputs) on the iTRAK mobile devices allow
collection of vehicle/sensor data to signal alerts for defined events
or out-of-bounds sensor data.
- Reporting rules are
remotely configurable (over the air) to meet customer's specific needs,
including distance traveled, elapsed time, key events (i.e., starts,
stops, sensor alerts), and remote polling.
- All data sent by iTRAK
is acknowledged by iTRAK server. If no acknowledgement is received,
data is retransmitted, so no data is ever lost.
- iTRAK Fleet Executive is a SaaS-based software product that provides tracking over
the Internet, and requires no specialized software on the PC when
accessing the site.
- For larger enterprise
customers, iTRAK Fleet Manager can be delivered as an in-house
"enterprise" system, with no monthly tracking fees.
- iTRAK Corporation will
provide its Application Programming Interface (API) to customers or their
software vendors at no charge (under a Non-disclosure Agreement),
allowing full integration with market leading software packages.
